Complexity decision
Credibility of Refugee is the one important reason of Asylum officer to give decision for refugee status. The elements of credibility basically are arranged around their story, expressing of insecurity of their situation and the application document. The chances of success increase by 25% if everything is arranged by a lawyer. In our course of refugee , displace people at LMU, I got a chance to made a situation as I were a refugee and wanted to apply for refugee status. I found many problems. In general, the document is too difficult to understand and too much details such as the timeline or mention about where I have been to and how many months I stayed there. Thinking about the fact being a refugee who tries to escapes from his/her terrible situation and put a lot of pressure on you. Who really can remember everything in single details? Human memories has limits, especially when you live for a few month in nightmare. Moreover, many words in refugee application form were created for special cases. Maybe only lawyer and officer know these. And one of the main problem for the Asylum’s officer is they cannot possess all information they need such as where the migrant come from, current situation and of course violence, witch is omnipresent. And they also have other reasons to allow them status.
Although refugee prepared everything carefully, the last judgment will be base on only one person. Couldn’t reject that sometimes, Asylum’s officer have to judgment by political framework also and I believe that many cases make the officers are torn between humanitarian and political order. Many refugee applicants were rejected because religions or political circumstances. Example In United State - President Trump's and his executive order in Jan 2017,to discourage refugees from seven Muslim-majority countries - Iraq, Syria, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen, claimed for protection security of state from Muslim’s terrorism. After announce of this order, many social movements appeared to against this, Malala Yousafzai said she was “Hard broken” because the country decide to close the door to people who try to survive and escape with fear and war.

Otherwise this order showed that the fear inherited from 9/11 was still living in the population thinking. Nevertheless developed states as western countries, which are the main leader of the world to fight for humanitarian also have their own political issue, the protecting humanitarian will be decline, instant of their international topics. Moreover every democratic countries will make policies according to population's demand, and sometimes population demand diverges from international concerning. For a developing country, both world order and state's interests set up the policy. If it is diverging too much, most of them will choose the interest of their country. Then arrives some changes about their approach to support the idea. Back to the refugee status application, we can conclude that the hosting country's system, personal experience and credibility of the evidences effect the decision of the Asylum’s officers. Thus, acquiring the refugee status is not easy anymore.
